Mr Shuyang Li (Solomon) is the principal lawyer and managing director of Viska Lawyers & Advisors. Mr Shuyang Li holds Juris Doctor degree from The University of Melbourne, Master of Laws degree from Australian National University, Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Canada, and Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional. 

Mr Shuyang Li has many years of experience working in Fortune 500 listed companies and private practices in senior capacities in finance and law. Mr Shuyang Li also had board level experience in various Australian organisations. 

Mr Shuyang Li is an Australian Lawyer qualified in the Supreme Court of Victoria and holds legal practising certificate from Victorian Legal Services Board. Mr Shuyang Li is also a solicitor in the High Court of Australia, a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand Law Society. Mr Shuyang Li is a Chartered Fellow in the Institute of Managers and Leaders, a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia, a Chartered Accountant of CAANZ, a full member of ACCA, CPA Canada, and HKICPA. Mr Shuyang Li is also a Certified Internal Auditor. 

Ms. Qianqian Zhang  (Sophia) specializes in providing legal services in both contentious and non-contentious civil, commercial, and criminal matters. She has extensive experience, particularly in complex cross-border civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases. Ms. Qianqian Zhang is proficient in written Chinese and English, and is fluent in communication in Mandarin, Shanghainese, Cantonese, and English.

Ms. Qianqian Zhang holds a Master of Laws in Common Law degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), and a Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Tim YU is a Hong Kong Barrister and an Australian Solicitor with over ten years of professional experience. He specializes in providing legal services concerning court litigation, arbitration, legal advice, and criminal law matters. He has extensive exposure, particularly to cross-border civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases. Mr. YU is proficient in written Chinese and English, and is fluent in communication in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

Mr. Tim YU holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London (UK).

Dr. Weiqin Yin (Rose) holds a Ph.D. from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Master's degree from Zhejiang University, with prior post-doctoral research at Zhejiang University. With a strong academic background, 

Dr. Yin's work has been published in authoritative journals, including the book Law and Civil Custom (2014).

Dr. Yin has over 20 years of experience as a Law Professor and has held leadership roles in law firm consulting departments. She specializes in Family Property Law (especially marital property attribution) and other civil and commercial law fields. She is an expert in handling complex issues in cross-border dispute resolution and compliance.

Having served in a legal role at GloBird Energy (a top Australian energy group) and for various A-share listed companies, Dr. Yin offers a unique and comprehensive understanding of the corporate legal environment. Her deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience ensure effective, client-focused solutions.
